Management is a joke, under qualified staff are put in positions without properly being trained. Ineffective individuals who's strongest skill appears to be their ability to recognize which rear end is the most beneficial to begin firmly planting their lips on thrive, those whom have a backbone or opinion are quickly driven out. Good staff doesn't last because due to an infectious culture of being lazy that is seemingly easier to join than avoid. Depending on who you know/are rules may or may not apply to you. Raises are nonexistent no matter how much you deserve it, but they do give a cash bonus as well as hand out a $20 sweater or jacket during the holidays. Staff are expected to blindly follow the dictator in charges lead, only the most blind are accepted into the trusted inner circle.
