- You have the chance to have your own responsibilities within projects, but when making mistakes, be prepared and get a thick skin as criticism is not very objective and can get very personal and humiliating and in my very own point of view not very professional. - I have been promised benefits, but unfortunately never received them. During conversations with colleagues I learned that they did not receive them as well. - High Employee turnover, many people leave after a short period of time. Thus confused customers and a lot of handover work follows. - Control of your social media activities: You can not act as you wish on your own account, it will be tracked.
