      If you are looking for good engineering practices, then there are no pros in this company

      Cons

      (1) Very cost focused, no focus on engineering (2) No product mindset, everything has to be delivered immediately with crappy solutions and solving for individual customers. Best to keep away from this company if you are in engineering.
