      Pros

      Can bring your dog to work. Coworkers are compassionate who do what they can with what they're provided.

      Cons

      Dog Care is obviously not a department of priority at this organization, which sounds absurd being that the dogs are the foundation of Leader DOGS for the Blind. Corners are constantly being cut while senior management continue to approve their own raises and bonuses that are higher than our salaries. Micromanagement and condescension seem to be what this place considers to be "leadership."

      - Staffing issues - Lack of clear communication from higher management - Lack of inter-departemnt communication and productivity - Very little room for growth
