Regarding leadership: We do our best to follow EOS/Traction within our organization, we have a daily standUP meeting, and weekly all-team meeting to share good news, review any issues, and are always open to input and feedback from every one. I have said and stand that I am personally available all day every day to our team members.
Our structure may be different from other organizations because we don't micromanage and expect our team to work hard and take care of clients. But we do hold our team accountable to "the numbers" and ensuring we deliver great support to our clients.
Personally I aspire to run our company like Gary V, who always deploys empathy and kindness to everyone he interfaces with. The purpose of our weekly videos is to stand out in our industry as a leader, to attract new clients by showing our competence, and to attract new team members who want to work in a company like ours.
