We agree that the fully paid health insurance, unlimited PTO, automatic COLA raises, and free Friday lunches are great pros and we are glad to hear you enjoyed them as well. We are continuously trying to find even more to do and provide for our employees. Sorry to hear your experience here was a disappointment. That is never the word we want an employee to use when describing their time working here. We have definitely struggled with employee morale over the last year due to many changes within the organization. However, in the last 6 months we have increased our internal NPS score by 62 points (we hope to continue to see this rise as we hold more staff accountable and continue to implement EOS). We understand your frustrations and assure you that leadership is actively working on maintaining consistency and accountability within the company. Our goal is to learn from past challenges and continue evolving in a positive direction.
