The product is very good. The Leaf Filter gutter cover is a very good product. It does what no other gutter cover can do. I really enjoy the clientele. Most are elderly and good people. Theyll offer you a cookie and coffee. The only products I have available are the Leaf Filter gutter covers. and Gutters
Cons
I really dislike the commission structure. Very hard to calculate commissions so it is a stab in the dark estimating how you come out after you close a sale. I just did a quote that could end up costing me $200. Training is incomplete. You are given a manual and that's about it. I have asked my Sales Operations Manager to help me figure out what I have been paid for, how much was I paid for jobs I sold etc. VERY ENIGMATIC Hard to track. Feel like you can get screwed if you don't watch and it is next to impossible to figure out. The pricing is very high on all products so you have to sell the quality and lifetime warranty. The commission is a sliding scale.....as mentioned earlier....hard to track I don't have enough leads to make much money here in a small market. Some of the leads I go on are absolutely worthless. So I spend 4 hours driving, $75 in gas and have no chance to make money.
