Pros
it may potentially look good on paper. nothing else.
Cons
The COO is very junior for her role. She basically attempts to run the company with little to no involvement from the CEO. She blows funding on Bi-yearly trips comapny wide trips with failed attempts of boosting employee morale and engagement.
Her internal Nepo possy consists of her sister in law Head of (and only) HR personnel and college bestie that is the Chief of Staff ( both that she hired).
There's a huge lack of diversity. They depend on the finance team for this highlight. The CFO hired all his reports based on former relationships and is significantly Latino (kudos) staff but they isolate themselves from the whole company because they are the only minority. Everyone else is white.
Overall, this is a sinking ship. It's unfortunate because it did have potential, but the internal trust experiment will be what destroyed an aspiring industry. forecast doesn't exist here.
