Pros
No experience needed, just get through the interview process and you're in.
It's nice to get so close to each of your individual kiddos.
All of the behavior analysts/supervisors I was assigned to were very kind and helpful. And sometimes they'd even schedule an extra training with me so we could watch some videos and talk about our behavior plans for certain clients.
Cons
The organization of the company seemed pretty bad, they would sometimes send me the wrong address, or my schedule would be sent in wrong. Luckily I was always paying attention, because I could just email my questions and they'd fix their mistakes.
They only reimburse for mileage if you have 2 back to back clients, but they never gave me many kids, so I never got reimbursed for the driving I was doing.
If a kid gets sick or they have a doctor's appointment or a school event and they cancel a session, you're not paid. Your hours get cut. Which is kinda rough when you're not getting many hours to begin with.
This is definitely a job for people who don't need full-time income.
