I came to LeagueApps from a much larger company with a belief that I could step up, become a difference-maker in the organization, and ultimately be promoted more quickly than I would have in a larger company. In 4+ years I have been promoted 4 times. LeagueApps has delivered opportunity after opportunity to step up, take ownership, and fulfill what I ultimately believed starting out at the company. Impactful SaaS solution that helps youth sports organizers save time, grow their programs, and provide a better experience for players, parents, and coaches. I've been on a lot of teams athletically, academically, and professionally and the collection of LeagueApps teammates across the years are as high-quality (in terms of their skills and accomplishments) and high-character as I have ever come across in my career. A culture built around 9 Core Values (Sportsmanship - Passion - Openness - Results - Team - Student of the Game - Own Your Role - Grit) that any athlete or professional would be proud to epitomize puts employees in a position to step up and make a difference not only in their department/team but across the company as a whole. Cons
Growing pains typical of a high-growth company. LeagueApps tends to move and iterate extremely fast so there are times when there are miscommunications and inefficiencies in our processes.
