Pros

It's such a fun environment to be in a business that is winning, growing and exceeding targets. However, in many cases, that can come with collateral damage at the expense of the employees and their fammilies. At many workplaces, it can unfortunately be quite rare to feel like one is valued more than just an 'employee number' but actually seen holistically as a person. It is also rare to find yourself in a place where you are challenged in your craft in a productive way that allows you to catapult career learnings and aptitudes for your own benefit. It's even more rare to find it all in one place. And I can honestly say all of the above are true at Lean Layer. No one is perfect but we do pursue excellence. Everyone here has major respect for one another, is kind, hardworking and actually likes their co-workers. Each day is different, rewarding and full of new opportunities!

Cons

I mean I don't know if its a con but if you don't like to move at a fast pace, the consulting world is probably not the place for you! If you don't want to grow and be challenged, its not a place for you.

Pros

Internally, there is a culture of transparency, collaboration, and support. I love the people I get to work with! Working with a variety of clients is like taking a crash course in what works and doesn't work re: systems and processes. This is THE place to become an expert in a wide range of things very quickly. Good pay, clear career and growth paths.

Cons

Not cons, but important to know: Very fast paced environment as deliverables are obviously all client facing. There is always tons of work to be done so it can be easy to get caught up in that, but team is supportive of work life balance.

Pros

- The team is collaborative and filled with a lot of smart people! - The client work is interesting and can differ depending on the type of client, size of engagement, etc. - Working with clients gives you great exposure that you wouldn’t get with a traditional RevOps job. - You learn a lot very quickly since you are working on multiple different types of projects.

Cons

Not necessarily a ‘con’ but you need to be comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment.
