Pros

I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with LeapXpert as a Solutions Architect, and I must say, it was one of the most frustrating professional engagements I've ever had. From the very beginning, it was clear that the company lacks the expertise and organizational structure to deliver on their promises. offices in CBD locations with good location, but in shared Spaces locations all over., they just make the address as a marketing tool. .

Cons

1. Lack of Technical Expertise/management in disarray The solutions proposed were outdated and poorly thought out. It felt like the team was recycling old templates without considering the unique requirements of our project. When we raised concerns, they were dismissive and unwilling to adapt their approach. The senior operational staff just hire/fire in continious basis. 2. Poor Communication: Communication was a nightmare. Emails went unanswered for days, and when we finally got a response, it was often vague and unhelpful. There was no clear point of contact, and we were constantly shuffled between different team members, each of whom seemed unaware of what the other was doing.: 3. Missed Deadlines: Deadlines were consistently missed, with little to no explanation or accountability. This caused significant delays in our project timeline, and when we tried to escalate the issue, we were met with excuses rather than solutions. Unresponsive/non existent Customer Support: When we encountered technical issues, the customer support team was unhelpful and slow to respond. It felt like they were reading from a script rather than actually trying to solve the problem. On multiple occasions, we had to figure out workarounds on our own because their support was so inadequate. 4. Unresponsive Product Support: When we encountered technical issues, the product support team was unhelpful and slow to respond. It felt like they were reading from a script rather than actually trying to solve the problem. On multiple occasions, we had to figure out workarounds on our own because their support was so inadequate. 5. Overpromised and Underdelivered: LeapXpert made grand promises during the sales process, but the reality fell far short. The final solution was riddled with bugs and lacked the functionality we were assured would be included. It was clear that the management more focused on closing the deal than delivering a quality product. 6. Do not care about staff at all like no coffee/refreshments etc., some offices do not have physical office just virtual - let work from home. Management have no idea how to run a mid size company.., they are in startup mentality. They do conduct some BS all hand meetings but all major decisions taken without any staff consultation. The product is failing.. customers complain about promising so much, but deliver very less.
