Pros

This role forces independence because help is rarely available. Learning to survive on your own can be useful, but only if you protect yourself and keep expectations grounded.

Cons

- Those in charge set crushing expectations and then disappear the moment support is needed. - Demands are extreme and unforgiving, while guidance and backup are nowhere to be found. - The imbalance between expectations and support feels intentional and deeply unfair. - Long and exhausting hours become the norm just to keep up with targets and project goals. - Constant overwork pushes employees dangerously close to burnout. - The pressure takes a serious toll on health, leading to sleep problems and ongoing physical strain. - The overall experience feels like a trap that wears people down before forcing them to walk away.

Pros

1. Remote 2. Offshore oppurtunity

Cons

1. Worst kind of work being EM, cross functional work is impossible to achieve as people put their ego first. 2. You can't get the work done 3. Talented and Intelligent people leave or they become scapegoats and are unfortunately fired. 4. HRs play safe just hang around with leadership and do hire and fire job, safest job in the company is the India HR department. No change from past many years. 5. CX director don't do anything themselves and put pressure on their team members, and during appraisal, does favoritism and biases.
