Pros
Learn iT! is a family owned business with a family-oriented atmosphere. Management provides patience and nurturing for people just entering the work-force as well as fosters existing talent. I've been here 6.5 years and am so happy to come to work everyday. There's open conversations of change when needed and the goals are prominent but steady growth towards a larger Market Share. Being a part of that breeds innovation and excitement in my career.

Because it is a small business we do suffer from growing pains, so creativity is key to succeeding in this environment!
