Great people and collaborative culture. Leadership, especially the CEO, is approachable and genuinely supportive. I felt welcomed and valued during my time as a contractor.

As a contractor, I didn’t experience any significant downsides. Full-time employees might have a different perspective, but I personally had no cons to note.

Nice people, good culture, and friendly leadership.

Roles felt a bit disjointed/stuck in old habits at times.
