      There is no shortage of intrinsic motivation to do well. Support for employee-driven professional development. Fast growing company. Good group of people. Lots of laughter.

      Cons

      Constant change due to the pace of growth. Big hours for full time workers. Culture can be flat at times. Lack of diversity on the board. No HR system in place.

      Pros

      Fast-paced environment with a lot of opportunities to upskill. If you're new to the industry and are keen to learn more about startups/the tech space, then this is a great place to learn! Overall everyone is lovely to work with.

      Cons

      Due to the age of the company, things are changing regularly and it is common for a job description to no longer reflect the work you are doing within 3-4 months. This is especially true for undefined areas of the company and can sometimes be very turbulent.
