Management is primarily concerned with making money for themselves any way they can.

The leadership is irrational, and has no executive experience, with no background in professionally run corporations. So strategy, culture, organization and execution are all a big fat mess.
You'd be joining a family business that's by and for the family. Not the customer, not any partners, certainly not the employees. Proceed with caution.
Don't get fooled by positive reviews. They are "management-driven". Look at the language used, the comments provided. They're fake. Just like the company's unofficial motto suggests.
Definitely not recommended for anybody with any career aspirations, or any other options available to them. Avoid.
