Outrageous pay cut - Teacher Learnship Employee Review

A pay cut of 25% is outrageous. The company continues to charge the same price for their classes to clients, all the while cutting our pay. For a company that teaches business English, it is ironic that it is so clueless when it comes to staff relations. No incentives, no opportunity for progression. No - just take your most valuable resource - your teachers - and cut their pay.
