Pros
Good, dynamic company culture where collaboration among employees is the natural thing to do. Uncontested market leader with a very strong brand recognition in some markets. A very modern and ever-evolving product offering. The company values its employees, with zero lay-offs or salary cuts related to the pandemic and ensuing lockdowns. Premium brand, willing to invest in hiring the right people. Western management style.
Cons
Sometimes complex to understand, in large part for historical reasons ; it will take time for a new hire to understand how the company operates. Demanding (one of the few mature value-selling employers around ; now transitioning to a customer success organization). The sales turnover is quite high, IMHO mostly for that reason; though it will definitely be an asset for people who succeed. Will value credentials during the hiring process, possibly ignoring self-made people. The organization is now settling down from the 2021 integration of similarly-sized Gerber Technology. Uphill battles on some newer product lines, will be a make-or-break.
