Pros
Company is extremely safety oriented as they want every employee to come home safely. Good benefits and employee training programs.
Cons
Leadership seemed to be too busy to properly give employees orientation to company procedures and give direction. I was extremely disappointed after I joined Ledcor to find out that all the talk of teamwork was just talk and not reality.
