      Department heads are easy to work with and solution-focused. Communication is always open and ideas are welcome for discussions. Great company I'd say.

      Cons

      Average salary, will take years to give a promotion or kick out people who don't deserve it.

      It is a great company to work. One of the top companies in the business.

      Cons

      You cannot get a better salary once you are inside of the company , it is too complicated so it is important to start with a good salary and negotiate before you enter.
