Unwelcoming - Corporate Services Leduc County Employee Review

The place is run like a small town old boys club. If you weren't born and raised in the County, they were mercilessly unwelcoming. Innovation (even in its most basic form) was a dirty word. They knew they were unwelcoming too. I was warned it would be that way by their HR staff. Rather than changing the corp. culture, they just kept plodding along offering the bare minimum. You could fire a canon down the hall at 5 min. past closing and hit no one.
