Pros

Um, Um, Um, hey I got an Amazon Echo Dot as a prize for showing up to a free meal. Oh and they bought me lunch on my first day.

Cons

1st. Lied to about compensation. Was told we'd renegotiate after 90 days, Ya that didn't happen. 2nd. Insurance was a joke Was told they'd pay for it but I wound up paying more than double my previous job's deduction. 3rd. If a customer has a hissy fit you're gone. 4th. How does the discipline chart usually go? Verbal, Written, 2nd Written, Termination? I got Written, and then Termination. Both were for B.S. reasons but hey whatever helps you sleep at night. 6th. PTO for holidays? I get it your religion says you can't celebrate but the rest of us might. 7th. 5 PSL days a year? State required, be still my beating heart. 8th. If you're going to take an employee to lunch their first day maybe ask the employee where they want to go? 9th. Ask anyone there they won't say it to the "President" but tick off his wife and you're gone. I know it happened to me. 10th. Let's just call it what it is, A call center. Granted the pay is better but you're still answering only inbound calls. Very limited chance to go out to visit a real live client. 11th. At the "Company" dinner where you invite clients instead of letting the clients win the prizes maybe just an idea here but maybe let the employees win. 12th. Also if you're going to let your"daughter?" keep score maybe make sure they know how to count.

After investing and assisting an employee for many months, a company has to make a tough decision for non-performance. We are equally disappointed that the situation does not work out. Our performance evaluation process includes a 30-60-90 day review, annual review and many verbal and written warnings with the employee before a final decision is made. At the time of these review points, it is discussed with the employee if they have met their performance metrics and mutually agreed upon goals to see if the employee is eligible for increased compensation or advancement in position. LeeShanok strives to maintain a healthy work environment and a peaceful culture and has zero-tolerance for anyone that has a confrontational attitude, makes disparaging remarks to a fellow employee, management, or a client. Because of this high standard among other facets of our company, our team members have an average tenure of 7-8 years (3-4 times above average in the IT industry). LeeShanok has a flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) program that allows employees the option of taking time off on national holidays or to save the paid time off for another day. Because "servers and technology never sleep", this is an ideal day to perform system maintenance, so some of our team members prefer to work on these days. In addition to PTO, employees receive PSL and Vacation time. We only wish the best for past employees with their next endeavor.

Pros

Good coworkers, good location, good location amenities

Cons

Worked here 2 years and i would avoid this place at all costs, low pay systems administrator starts of like at 60k and they expect you to be know it all and fix everything thats out there. No company car for onsite techs and low mileage reimbursement rate. No work from home or hybrid option. Make employees go to another city for a meeting when they can do that from Teams. Threaten you with no raise if you make little mistake in ticket. Most employees are not happy there, very high turnover rate

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We take all reviews seriously and are committed to maintaining a professional workplace. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, as it’s always our goal for things to work out positively. As a client-focused organization, we place a strong emphasis on communication, accountability, and consistent follow-through to support both our team and the clients we serve. We work to set clear expectations for all roles and provide the structure needed to help employees succeed in a fast-paced service environment. We strive to offer competitive salaries based on experience, responsibilities, and performance, and we review compensation regularly. Travel is reimbursed at the standard IRS rate, the widely accepted benchmark for business use. We are an in-office organization, and this is clearly communicated during the hiring process so expectations are aligned upfront. While we actively use tools like Microsoft Teams, there are times when in-person meetings are valuable for team alignment and client service delivery. We understand that not every workplace is the right fit for every individual, and we respect that perspective. At the same time, we remain committed to fostering a professional, accountable, and supportive environment for both our employees and the clients we serve. Many of our team members build long-term careers with us, with an average tenure of approximately 7 years, which reflects the stability and commitment within our organization. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
