Pros
The Library team were very welcoming and friendly, as well as the rest of the staff on campus. It was rewarding to help students and I always enjoyed being on the front desk because of this.
Cons
The Library can get very busy in exam season and managing the 'quiet zones' can be a constant battle at times. Some of the students were challenging in terms of behaviour, which I hadn't expected to have to deal with in a University setting.
