Pros
LeftRight is a great place to start...they like to rehire you for new projects and will constantly throw you onto new things in the pipeline. They're always working on new things so there are lots of opportunities. The community there is great, generally good, fun, interesting people. Fun Day Thursdays usually have food and beer and people take a break and interact. LeftRight is also a good place to settle. They provide a large amount of schedule flexibility and many people I've worked with there have families and are able to balance their time. Most people leave at 6pm
Cons
Mediocrity and failure is tolerated to a large degree. This can be very frustrating, but it is also not entirely abnormal in the industry. Still, it can be phenomenally hard to get fired there, even if you are making things much more difficult for everyone else. Weigh what you want out of your job. Its a good community environment despite this.
