Pay can be nice, the managers know that the SGA is a toxic person and they will attempt to put themselves in her path so you don’t get the brunt end of it.

The SGA is a narcissistic pile of crap who will pretend she cares about you even though she doesn’t. The training program is non-existent and even though you are 10-99 and own your business, you will be treated like you are nothing more then a janitor. Want time off? Good luck, when you take time off the SGA give you a hard time about it. Struggling in areas? Don’t go to the SGA, you will just get made fun of instead of helped to get that area improved. If you are looking for a career where you will be miserable and will not get to actually have true training to become a good insurance agent, then this is a solid office to work. If you want a place where you will be respected and get trained, I would look elsewhere.
