Pros
the morning meeting was literally the ONLY good thing about the job. very motivational, fun and hyped.
Cons
they expect you to throw your life away and work like a dog for a mere pay of $8 an hour. they force you to go to meetings 3 times a week with a “leader”, super early morning or very late night. forced business dinners, which is making you spend money you DON’T even make back. coworkers and leaders are very nosy and eager to know about your personal life to later on use against you. you’ll have a different schedule every single week—sometimes you’ll work 5 days a week, sometimes 3, even 2 and all at different hours. claims to be open to overtime ($12 an hour) to anyone who is willing to take it but will make an excuse to make you NOT do it once you request for it. you can be dying sick, on your death bed, and they will still expect you to show up to work without a problem. unprofessional “leaders”. I worked with a young woman who was there for barely two months and acted as if she was the big boss of the company. forced me to start taking breaks and lunch with her like a child on supervision! what type of ridiculousness is that? she was also very mocking if you missed a step on something, would laugh in your face, despite the fact that I was NEW. if you want a low pay job with 100% work to the point you don’t even have time for breathe with ZERO benefits, this is the place for you. this company is sorry as hell and doesn’t care about your real life problems. hell, walmart pays more than these guys and gives you better benefits.
