Pros
The pay was very good for the industry as well as opportunities for additional earning. This is a good place to start working without proper credentials. Several teachers are not certified and administrators were workign through their certification programs as well.
Cons
Administration was very unorganized and inexperienced. Expectations were unreasonable and frequently changed. Supervision from administration was based on discipline instead of growth and coaching. We were encouraged to report other employees instead of build each other up and go to administration for assistance and guidance. It felt very isolating and like there was no hope. The system sounded like a great concept but very poorly implemented. Texas laws were regularly not followed as the school is based out of Arizona. Lots of legal issues with this school. The workload was so excessive. Severy hours on the weekend and every weeknight was needed in order to be successful. There was no room for any work life balance. Burnout was very high.
