      Pros

      I was an entry level employee coming from warehousing and they gave me a chance. I have received two significant raises during the two years I have been with LegalMatch as well as a promotion. The management is very supportive and strives for their employees to grow and succeed with the company, I really mean this. They have trained me in a whole new career. I enjoy the work life balance here as well as the benefits. LegalMatch also offers an outstanding work environment. I love the people I work with.

      Cons

      I miss having pot lucks and office gatherings due to Covid restrictions.

      Pros

      Supportive work environment, great culture and positive environment. You will learn something new every day and I truly look forward to coming to work. You get out of the job what you put in to the job here and it is uncapped commission structure!

      Cons

      The company is still working on implementing a 401k so that is not available yet. In terms of benefits though they offer everything else including medical, dental, vision, long / short term disability, life insurance and a great EAP program. Very generous PTO plan and flexible office hours.
