      Leadership is intelligent, kind, empathetic and fair The strategy is clear and unwavering People truly like each other and help each other Given we're a little smaller of an organization you get to oversee a wider array of areas allowing for tremendous growth opportunities Work from home allows for work life balance - this is huge in today's tech world

      Our new leadership has set strategies to deliver amazing results; however, it will take our stock time to grow to the level we all seek

      Cons

      Very AI focused with constant fear of layoffs by employees (based on my experience). Pay isn’t great, especially given the current cost of living. Poor communication and planning regarding updates and project rollouts.
