      Pros

      Beautiful campus, they will feed you quite a bit.

      Cons

      The downsides are only if you are white, you won't get promoted, get decent shifts, you will be the last for new training etc. There are anti-white Leaders that wear anti-white shirts.

      Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

      Cons

      Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day
