The benefits and colleagues are great

Cons

This place used to have an admirable mission however over the last year and a half it's deteriorated significantly. Management does not care about people. I’ve seen multiple people laid off while on leave with little to no support. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy.

Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

Cons

Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day
