Pros

The company wants to change the world (at least the legal world). The people are great. Knowledgeable, skilled, nice. Good culture (was better a couple of years ago).

Cons

The new CTO doesn't value the importance of people and has no interest in growing them. The CTO is micro managing everything and dictating instead of sharing the vision and strategy, defining goals and letting the Team work towards them. The level of politics has jumped to the roof since the new CTO came on board.

Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

Cons

Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day

Good benefits and good culture

Cons

Very AI focused with constant fear of layoffs by employees (based on my experience). Pay isn’t great, especially given the current cost of living. Poor communication and planning regarding updates and project rollouts.
