      Pros

      The benefits are excellent. My family (husband, kids, and myself) are on my insurance because it's better than what my husband's company offers. I value working work talented, driven, and kind people. LegalZoom has a performance driven organization but it is still somehow filled with kind people so you get the best of both worlds.

      Cons

      Previous leadership did not value operational infrastructure (ex: no project managers or ops initiatives anywhere outside of fulfillment departments) so we are slowly trying to build up the ops infrastructure teams and departments need in order to scale. Even though the new leadership does value ops and understands it sets teams up for more efficient work, the culture around ops hasn't shifted so making meaningful changes and getting leaders to support it is difficult and slow moving.

      Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

      Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day

      Pros

      Catered lunch & snacks are a nice. It helps ease the burden of the insanely low pay.

      Cons

      There’s being an agile company with strategic change for growth and then there’s this company with frequent and chaotic change just to chase a buck.
