      - Work-Life Balance - No Micro managing - Great co-workers

      Cons

      - with a lot of people traveling to Trade shows and Conventions you are the only person at the office at times. - the commissions are earned by some one else closing deals. I make sure to take that on as much as possible. -Favortism
