Oh this is a long one: 1. The company runs on the whims and fancy of one madman a.k.a promoter cum managing director. There is no democracy. Humble suggestions are met with a heavy hand. Very bureaucratic environment 2. Pathetic salary structure. To top is, it hardly ever comes on time. No incentive or bonus. Increments never happen on time. 3. No appreciation for work. Appraisals are based on the fancies of the higher management and on how subservient you can be, other than your work 4. Very less leaves; alternate Saturdays working 5. The most BORING ORGANIZATION. No employee friendly activities. Zero amount spent on employee welfare 6. Quality of work is sad, no training imparted, no guidance from your superiors, no respect for an individual 7. Hostile environment to work; constant jibes from the higher ups
