Client exposure is the only good thing.

1. Everyone is leaving so the pressure is unbelievable 2. No Appraisal or bonus or variable is given for the past 2 years 3. No recognition or appreciation of associates 4. No employee welfare activities 5. Expects you to work 24/7 with no compensation in return.
