Pros

Small Company, Benefits are decent. Sales Manager is great with training and motivating to overcome challenges with sales. Listens to your concerns and makes you feel apart of a team.

Cons

Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Revolving door of CEO's so constant change. Office staff is completely overworked and under appreciated. Expected to always take on someone else's job because they don't replace former employees that's have left. One person is expected to do Marketing for entire Company. Purchasing Department can't get pricing right because they promoted someone who has no clue how to do their job so makes it hard for the Company to compete with other Builders on prices and included features.

Pros

Awesome company to work for, enjoyed everyone I worked with, management was very helpful and hands on, always open to new ideas, it's a very independent position- you get out what you put in

Cons

Sales is very time consuming, the company wants you to have time to spend with family and friends but you still work every weekend. Sometimes they put you head to head with another sales rep in a community.

Pros

One of the best things about Legend is the Management is very good at what they do and sales person oriented. The product is good and is something you can stand behind. The construction process is top rank and the people behind it are very good at what they do. The overall reputation of Legend Homes is good and people tend to know they are going to get a good product. It is a new position at the company and it is a good way to build experience in the industry.

Cons

One of the worst parts about the job is the amount of driving involved. You have two different sites from which you operate out of and rotate days. You also have meeting every other week at the corporate office then you drive out to your sales site after. There is limited earning potential in the position as you get only a small fraction on every sale in your community. The hours are 10-7 which puts you home late at night and limits family time as well as working weekends.
