      Pros

      Owner is a great salesman and therefore keeps a steady stream of new clients to make up for the the excessive clients being lost. (He carries over his "sales" work ethic into operations which consists of entirely of deception)

      Cons

      Execs are clueless and admit a 140% turnover. Owner has 25 cars but struggles to make payroll. Know to drain the company payroll bank account in Vegas to impress a girl. Worst culture I have ever witnessed in 25 years.

      Paychecks were late multiple times still waiting to get my last check was supposed to be paid over 10 days ago. Every job you get thrown into is messed up because managemen. Legend is trying to put people on contract so avoid paying fica taxes and Overtime. Do not take a job here this company is not licensed to be installing camera no matter how much they lie to you. If you get caught installing cameras for them you can be fined up to $4000 per occurrence. Not sure who wrote these positive reviews for field technicians everyone hates the job and talks about quitting all the time. The people there just cant find different jobs.
