Pros

The employees do their utmost in the circumstances. Very nice office in the heart of Sliema.

Cons

If you are not a yes-man, you will get fired or your life made hell. High turnover of employees, way above average for any start-up. There is also no vision or plan for the company. Bad mouthing employees in front of others. Very controlling environment for a gaming company. Recruiters do not take the company seriously because many people have left or been fired in less than 6 months.

Pros

A dynamic start up. The people are fantastic and the offices make you look forward to returning each day to work pleasantly and with focus. The management gives its teams heaps of autonomy. It's a kind of company where you are trusted fully to do what you said you would in the interview, and put your qualifications and personality in a successful melting pot. You will get the tools you need and a helping hand from the top management. As a company structure it's very linear and conducive to an environment of good harmony, where everyone is trusted to lead their own game. Very happy here, to finally find a role that allows me to be creative and real. To present ideas for top management and having most of them bought into, with a common and shared belief of what can be truly beneficial to the business. And if you have something special to bring to the team, coupled with respect for the company, respect for your colleagues, a lot of dedication and loads of enthusiasm, you're in for an amazing journey to the top.

Cons

As a start up the company must continuously innovate, as the game is ever-changing - which is business in IGaming. So, one has to be fit and ready for this type of environment and demonstrate versatile skill to keep up with the challenges of the industry.
