Political wasp nest - Information Security Officer Leiden University Employee Review

Toxic workplace where people rather play policital games then actually make the uni a better place to be at. I wanted to write a whole review, but I would like to keep my job for now please. Calling each other unprofessional, yelling, calling out people in groups, the humiliation because of hierarchy.. verbal bullying is a thing here.
