      Lemnisk has a really good vibe — smart people, supportive culture, and lots of learning. You get to work on interesting projects with leading brands in the BFSI space. The team is approachable, and the work environment feels energetic and collaborative. Overall, a fun and rewarding place to be!

      Honestly, none that stand out so far — it’s been a great experience overall.

      Pros

      Excellent opportunities, smart team members, above average pay, nice set of people, overall a very nice place to work.

      Cons

      Having stepped into a new business domain, a lot of things were unpredictable during my stay there. The company has only a couple of engineering managers, who have a very decent technical knowledge but almost zero management skills. Wish they were in tech roles than managerial roles! Could learn to be less rude and listen to engineers in Scrum.
