This organization has pushed me to grow in amazing new ways. I am beyond grateful for the opportunities they have given me.

Thus far, I do not have experienced any negative issues.

I'm not writing this review because I currently work at LendingPad, I am writing this because there are too few companies out there that operate with a high level of integrity, and LendingPad is one of the few. I truly feel like I matter. I feel like I am cared about personally. I have a challenging job, and so many people surrounding me at LendingPad that want to support me and see me succeed. I look forward to my job each day. The leadership of LendingPad all have a high level of honesty and clarity. There is a vision for LendingPad that I am excited to see being brought to fruition. It's truly a great place to work!
