Cons
Terrible culture. High turnover (2/3 sales staff per year). Schedules change frequently, commissions are reduced frequently, your community will be changed frequently without regard to commute. Management has zero interest in feedback. All interactions are recorded and analyzed by AI and a leadership team who has never sold homes.
