      Commission structure, flexibility and overall company standards.

      Cons

      The most laughable management I have ever encountered. They have individuals in position that cannot communicate or respect people. Talk down to everyone. Managers have only been put into their position because they have been in great communities where it was easy to sell. Never have been so disrespected as an individual in my entire career. Constantly talking down to everyone in a 50+ group message on a daily occurrence and making women feel inferior.

      you will have a flexible schedule most of the year.

      It is difficult to trust the people you work with, as they are incentivised to get you to sign off on things, whether they are done or not.

      Supportive Management Great Coworkers Solid Benefits Package Career Opportunity

      Cons

      Constant change - good in principal but executed chaotically. Management is Supportive, but true supportive action takes a lot of time and effort to realize. Career opportunities are plentiful but hard to make a reality. Very little backfill for departing associates. Stresses remaining associates.
