      Nothing to add as pros..better close the company soon...

      Cons

      You will not be treated as employees ,you will get to know the worst attitude of the management within some weeks after joining . They don't even have a proper structure of work environment and try to blame us. Salary will not be credited properly .they will say lame excuses and reasons that even a child can't agree to that. You will be like inside a hell.Don't try to enter in this company.
