Pros
Solid company with a good strategy from the very top. Solid position in UK market. Generally excellent top level leadership. Opportunities for progression if you buy in and are willing to learn. Certain sites/teams/managers are truly outstanding and genuinely both preach and practice excellence. Relaxed and friendly work environment. Vast majority of employees at all levels in the company are nice people and a pleasure to work with, many are very highly skilled and knowledgeable and willing to share this with colleagues. Employees are generally treated fairly and with respect.
Cons
Poor holidays and other benefits at bare minimum. Some managers expect too much from people on minimum money. Some level of favouritism for resource allocation per site/business unit. Poor collaboration can sometimes hurt the business, especially when managers impose decisions without consulting employees or the wider management team.
