Pros

Variety of roles to choose from including marketing, project management, procurement etc High job offer rate after scheme. Good graduate starting pay. Great area (Yeovil).

Cons

Lack of opportunity and trust in younger employees. Extremely poor graduate HR team who don't look after the needs of employees, both in terms of training and support. I was personally demoralised by an end of year presentation that was unfairly ripped apart by the graduate officer, when it was meant to be a progress presentation. A destructive hierarchical structure with pay grades determining how individuals are treated, which damages morale, opportunities for growth and new ideas. Overall an extremely old fashioned company with a lack of vision and no ability to change. Plus if you are on the business side of the company you will not get any over time regardless of the time you spend on a job, compared to engineering who receive over time and better flexi hours.

Pros

There is not one pro I can think of.

Cons

The culture is extremely toxic and divisive. There is a clear preference shown toward Italian employees over U.S. employees, which creates an unfair and frustrating work environment. Communication is often unprofessional, with frequent yelling, finger-pointing, and disrespectful comments. Management has failed to establish clear roles and responsibilities, leading to constant confusion and conflict between employees. Engineering leadership appears heavily driven by favoritism and routinely treats employees with a lack of professionalism and respect.
