Pros
Great benefits. The people you meet and work with come from all over the world. You can learn a lot from them and have the potential to build lasting relationships. This is a good place to start if you are fresh out of college. Gain some experience to move on to the next job that will pay you your worth.
Cons
You are overworked. There is no life/work balance. You are expected to work weekends and holidays. It is nearly impossible to grow within the company, unless you are a “yes” man. Pay barely meets market and they lose good people regularly.
