Not up to date on competitive pay scales and communication can be lacking

Great benefits and company is profitable

The accounting department has terrible leadership and HR won’t address the issue leading to constant turnover. The ERP system change is causing chaos and no accountability from the CFO who is a bully and has ran great finance talent out the door for years. It is a shame because the Company and department could be a great place to work.
